Why such a push for legislation and treaties to put carbon restrictions on the US?
The restrictions won't make one iota of difference even if we observe them strictly. Not with China putting one carbon belching coal plant on line every day.
So what is the benefit?
Why it creates a market for trading carbon credits that couldn't exist without legislation!
